Eden Energy Medicine
Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) is a creative and valuable approach to today’s health care needs. It was developed by Donna Eden a pioneer in the Energy Medicine field. Donna grew up seeing energy and over time she developed her own healing system based on her training and the accumulative information she gathered from her work with clients. Donna’s present focus is on teaching her methodology to her students. It has been an amazing journey to study with Donna and one of her senior teacher Vicki Matthews.
Some of the main premises of EEM, are that to overcome an illness and maintain health the energy systems need to move, move in specific patterns, cross over at all levels, and maintain a balance with all the other energies. If energies have become blocked by toxins, muscular constrictions, stress, or interference from other energies, they need to freed so the body can move from survival mode to maintaining vibrant health. The health of those energies-in terms of flow, balance and harmony are reflected in the health of the body.
Eden Energy Medicine uses muscle response testing or “energy testing” (adapted from Applied Kinesiology) involving light touch to assist in acquiring information on the state of the meridians, chakras, auric field, basic grid, celtic weave, five elements, triple warmer, radiant circuits, and general energy flow. The flow, balance, and harmony can be restored non-invasively and maintained by energy techniques involving tapping, massaging, twisting, connecting specific energy points on the skin, tracing or swirling the hand over the skin or along specific energy pathways. You can also use energy exercises or postures to help the movement of the energy fields towards a balanced state.
EEM give us the tools to test the energy system, discover what is presently out of balance or not flowing in a healthy manner, as well as the techniques to empower us to work together to restore balance. EEM supports and often enhances other types of medical interventions on your path to health. Life happens, toxins affect us every day and our bodies where not made for today’s world.
