One of the best ways to learn an energy technique is to have an opportunity to practice. When I first started learning EEM I actually formed a group to practice because just reading the book left me wondering just how to precede. Study group is for anyone interested in learning and practicing. Each month we focus on an aspect and then practice, practice, practice.
